Duke’s Canoe Club

Summary: Duke’s Canoe Club offers a lunch buffet that gives you a variety of different options to cover all tastes.  Some of the items include burgers, steaks, and various types of seafood.  With respect to atmosphere, Duke’s Canoe Club offers a seaside, casual type atmosphere that is absolutely breathtaking if you decide to go out to the patio.  If you don’t mind paying a bit more to go to dinner at Duke’s, you will get the added bonus of dining with local live music in the background, which was a pretty neat experience.

Little Village

Summary: Are you looking for some Chinese food on Oahu?  Look no further than Little Village, as this restaurant offers tasty food with more than 100 items on the menu.  One of the more popular options at Little Village is the honey walnut shrimp, which we tried and found to be outstanding.  However, one of the drawbacks is the long wait times to get a table during peak lunch and dinner hours.little village in honolulu hi

Uncle’s Fish Market and Grill

Summary: For one of the best seafood restaurants in the area, look no further than Uncle’s Fish Market and Grill.  Uncle’s is one of the newer restaurants in the area and provides an open kitchen atmosphere combined with an ocean-based atmosphere.  Menu options include several types of fish, salads, pastas, and burgers or chicken for those who aren’t sea food lovers.  We loved the fresh fish options, reasonable prices, and pleasant atmosphere, which adds up to Uncle’s being one of the best seafood options in the area!
